Tasting Tasty Tsukiji

Tasting Tasty Tsukiji offers a 90-minute sake tasting experience at a wooden counter beside the Tsukiji outer market in Tokyo. A certified international sake sommelier, dressed in kimono, guides small groups of up to six guests through nine carefully selected Japanese sake from brewing regions across the country. Guests learn the history and production of sake, how to read labels, and how to pair sake with food, alongside koji and shaved rice samples and curated snacks. Rather than a simple drink-and-go bar, the experience focuses on understanding and choosing sake, not just drinking it. The session costs ¥19,800 and takes place near the market's morning stalls.
