The 5 & 7 Co. is a boutique practice founded by Bukola Ewedairo offering career coaching, leadership development, organizational transformation and human capital advisory. The firm works with individuals navigating career transitions, organizations building leadership and culture, and institutions seeking workforce and capacity advisory. Its services span four areas: career launch and youth development, career transition and reinvention, organizational transformation, and government and public sector advisory. The firm also runs The 5 & 7 Academy, a learning division for professionals and young people, including the Proverbs 31 Girls Academy for girls aged 10–16. The practice serves clients across Ontario, Canada and Lagos, Nigeria.
