UKKO Systems

UKKO Systems designs a 3-axis CNC machining station built on a cast granite-epoxy frame rather than a welded steel one, aimed at professionals working steel and stainless steel. The system offers 900×600×200mm travel, a 28 Nm spindle torque at low speed with a BT30 tool holder, and runs from a standard 230V/20A outlet within 1.81m² of floor space. Each unit weighs 750kg, including 400kg of cast granite, giving ten times the vibration damping of steel and stable geometry without thermal drift. Positioning repeatability reaches ±5µm, and every unit is measured and certified with a report before shipping. Manufactured in France, currently in pre-series ahead of full launch.
