Villa Carlo

Villa Carlo is a restored farmhouse villa on a 100-hectare organic estate in the southern Marche region of Italy, near where Lazio, Umbria and Abruzzo meet. It sleeps up to 12 guests across six en-suite bedrooms, with extra beds for up to 14. The villa offers a Finnish sauna, a glass-house Jacuzzi, and a 12.5-metre pool with a massage waterfall, heated in May and September. Guests can arrange a private chef, cooking classes, massages, yoga retreats and help with weddings. The estate is close to Adriatic beaches, hilltop towns, parks and festivals, offering a quieter alternative to Tuscany. The property is open seasonally from April to October, with weekly Saturday-to-Saturday stays and pets welcome.
