WorkAtlas USA is a job and hiring platform starting in Illinois and Chicago, aiming to expand across all 50 states. It connects candidates and employers across 20 industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, construction, hospitality, and technology. Candidates can create free skills profiles, set availability, and control their visibility to employers, keeping personal details like email and resume private. Employers can post roles with clear pay, search available talent, and manage applications in one place. The platform currently offers founding employers three months of free access with no card required. It is operated by Everlasting Flowers Damian Wolski sp.k., based in Łódź, Poland, and is currently opening access to its founding community.
