**My Vision**

To become a driving force in technological empowerment by making practical technical knowledge accessible to young people, creating opportunities for professional growth, and helping bridge the gap between education, employment, and technological advancement.

**My Mission**

My mission is to use my knowledge, experience, and passion for technology to empower individuals and communities. Through Nyezitech Solutions, I aspire to provide reliable ICT and physical security solutions while creating opportunities for young people to acquire practical skills, gain industry experience, and build sustainable careers.

I envision establishing a technical training centre that combines ICT, network engineering, CCTV and video surveillance, access control, alarm systems, and other physical security technologies. The centre would focus on practical, hands-on learning to help bridge the gap between theoretical education and the demands of the workplace.

I also aspire to establish an internship programme in partnership with the government and other relevant institutions, enabling fresh graduates to gain practical experience, develop professional confidence, and prepare for employment or entrepreneurship.

**My Philosophy**

I believe that knowledge should not be reserved for a privileged few. Every young person deserves an opportunity to learn, develop practical skills, and discover their potential.

After more than 15 years of experience in security systems installation and over 10 years in network engineering, I believe one of the most meaningful ways to use my experience is to share it with others.

My ambition is not simply to build a successful business, but to contribute to a future in which more young people possess the technical skills, confidence, and opportunities to transform their lives.

To build a lasting legacy through technology, education, mentorship, and opportunity—one that empowers young people, strengthens the ICT industry, and contributes to the social and economic development of my community.
